Professional mobile blood collection for physician-ordered laboratory testing. Specimens are collected, properly handled, and prepared for the appropriate laboratory.
Blood + Urine Collection Add-On — $25
When a physician-ordered blood collection also requires a urine specimen during the same appointment, a $25 urine collection fee will be added.
Specialty Lab Kit Collection
$100 + mileage
Professional specimen collection for specialty laboratory kits provided by the patient, healthcare provider, or laboratory. Collection, processing, packaging, and shipping requirements are followed according to the instructions provided with the kit, when applicable.

Early Gender Reveal

Convenient professional blood collection for early gender reveal testing beginning as early as 6 weeks of pregnancy. The specimen is submitted to the appropriate laboratory for analysis. Result turnaround time may vary, usually within 48 hours.
